The Monpay service is available to all mobile users.

You can register and verify your information (last name, first name, registration number, mobile phone number) on Monpei application and website, or if you are a Mobicom user, send ON message to 555 to become an incomplete Monpei service user. possible. To become a fully registered customer, please come to Mobicom’s service branch and sign a Monpei service agreement.

Terms of incomplete registration:

  • The maximum daily transaction is 40,000 MNT
  • The maximum balance of the Monpay account is MNT 100,000

If you want to increase your transaction and account limits, you can come to MobiCom service branches with your ID card and sign a “Monpei Service User Agreement”. This agreement shall be concluded by a person who has reached the age of 18 and has legal capacity. If a consumer under the age of 18 wishes to enter into a contract, his / her legal representative (parent or guardian) shall enter into a contract and assume the rights, duties and responsibilities under the contract.

Terms of the contracted customer:

  • The maximum limit for a single transaction is MNT 5,000,000

MonPay service commissions

The Monpay service fee will be automatically deducted from the customer’s account at the time of the transaction at the following rates.

By subscribing to the Monpei service, you will have the following rights and obligations.

Monpay user rights:

  • The User can make the following transactions within the Monpei account within the transaction limits;

  • Complain to the 1800-1199 call center about Monpay service and transactions and demand that they be resolved in accordance with the agreement;
  • Require Mobifinance to fulfill its contractual obligations;

By signing the contract, the user gives the following permission to Mobifinance and its parent, subsidiary and subsidiary companies. It includes:

  • Provide services using customer information; Market research;
  • Delivery of service news and information;
  • Provide information to third parties in order to comply with legal and contractual obligations to give;

Monpay Service User Responsibilities:

Mobifinance rights:

Mobifinance obligations:

Others
